About Our membership



Membership is open to institutional investors, asset managers, banks, law firms, accountancy firms and others with an interest in developing the Pan-European Private Placement market.

Insitutional investors may become full members. Others may become associate members. The board of the Association will determine into which category each applicant will fall. All members have equal rights except the board of the Association is appointed by the full members. Up to 1/3 of the board may be drawn from the associate membership.

Membership is subject to payment of an annual membership fee. The initial period of membership will run from 1 January to 31 December each year. The level of the fee is determined by the Board each year and is available on request. The full fee is payable regardless of when during the year a member is admitted.

EUPPA is an association (vereniging) under Dutch law. The articles of association are available here.
